Spiritual Confessions with Krrishna Soni:

Shruti Sharma: Do you fear Karma?
Krrishna Soni: Both, Yes and No! I am not scared of Karma, but we were taught by our elders that; “har janam hum lete hain karm nibhane ke liye and jitne bure karm hum karenge utne janam hum lenge. Main pichle janam ke karmon mein manta hun and koshish karta hum ki karm sahi rakhun aur doosron ke bare mein achha sochun taaki baar baar is cycle mein phasna na pade.”
Shruti Sharma: Are you spiritual or religious?
Krrishna Soni: I am spiritual but, I am not too deep into it. We experience both, positivity and negativity; spirituality helps to maintain the balance during both the times.

Shruti Sharma: How much credit do you give to god, luck and blessings for your career?
Krrishna Soni: Abhi to main wahan pahuncha nahin hun jahan maine pahunchna hai in career, but I do believe in blessings and God. COVID was the best example where I felt god’s blessings upon me during that difficult phase for two years.
Shruti Sharma: Some artists are superstitious of their work, are you too?
Krrishna Soni: I wouldn’t call it superstitious but, I do believe in Vaastu and Numerology. Some changes can bring a lot of positivity in life and house so I believe in it.
Shruti Sharma: How do you make a connection to the divine power? What is your way of meditation?
Krrishna Soni: Earlier, I loved to walk from Churni Road to SIddhivinayak temple and now also whenever I could I walk to visit temples for my peace. I feel a strong connection with Hanumanji so I regularly visit his temple on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Shruti Sharma: Do you believe in soul connection?
Krrishna Soni: Yes, in everything! As I am single I cannot comment on soul connection from the relationship point of view but, connecting your own soul towards work is important to me.
“Ek artist ko dialogues mein apni soul daalna zaroori hai.”
Shruti Sharma: Is spiritual growth important for artists?
Krrishna Soni: If you understand God, you will never have an attitude. Those that have little knowledge or get fame quickly develop attitude in them and that keeps them away from spiritual growth. Spiritual growth helps you connect with your inner self and connection with the god.
Shruti Sharma: Industry can be competitive at times and there are people that will try to be jealous or you and push you down in your career; do you believe in forgive and forget rule for them?
Krrishna Soni: Yes! Why keep a grudge inside your heart and spoil your behavior. I may sometimes not forget what they did to me but, I will not even keep any grudge and forgive them.
Shruti Sharma: Has there been any experience where a stranger has helped you out of kindness?
Krrishna Soni: Yes! Many times… People have helped me when my bike broke down and I have helped many too during their difficult times.
Shruti Sharma: Is there are spiritual message you would like to give to the viewers and readers?
Krrishna Soni: Do good; keep your mind and heart clear as that is where god resides.
From the writer’s desk:

I have known you for a long time Krrishna and meeting you is always memorable. The spiritual confessions with you was a spiritual and divine exchange of words. You are one of the most humble and smiling artists I have known in the industry. I will cherish this meeting with you for a long time. My best wishes are with you at all times and I deeply pray that you continue to smile the same way and bring the same positive aura around always.
